There has been no other scientific study conducted on the fruit that states about the acai berry being a miraculous berry that will shred your unwanted pounds in an instant. It does, however, aids in losing weight for berries are an important key part in any healthy diet. Do acai berries and acai juice have any side effects? If you have pollen allergies or are sensitive to acai or similar berries, you may want to avoid this fruit. When eaten in moderate amounts, though, acai is likely safe.
